Precinct Development

The Queens Wharf Brisbane project will activate and renew the city’s Queens Wharf quarter, consisting of approximately 26.8 hectares along 1 kilometre of river frontage. It is currently Brisbane’s largest building construction project.

The Integrated Resort Development consists of new river edge public realm, a pedestrian bridge, 5x hotels, a residential precinct, heritage re-purposing, retail, food and beverage, and a casino.

The complexity and size of the project requires Generate to liaise and facilitate development activities and approvals across various stakeholders.

Generate has built and maintains strong relationships amongst the State and Local government departments, the Developer, consultants, contractors, and business community representatives, in order to ensure the project's success.

Design Management

Generate’s Senior Project Manager, Natasha Chee, has been seconded into the Department of Innovation and Tourism Industry Development on a full-time basis, to provide design input across the entire precinct development.

In parallel, this allows Natasha to assist in the design development and value management activities.
