Anthony is a senior real estate professional with over twenty years’ experience in development management, project management, funds management, capital raising, portfolio management and capital transactions. Anthony maintains strong senior level business relationships across developers, contractors, consultants, industry funds, international and domestic investors, major domestic and international banks and with key lawyers, tax consultants and commercial advisory firms.
Neil MacLeod has spent more than twenty-five years in the international construction and property industry, in both contractor and client-side roles. Neil has expertise in a broad range of sectors, including sporting facilities, aviation, residential, education, as well as the independent certification and project certification roles in commercial buildings, fitouts and new developments.
Chris Adam is recognised as a leader in commercial project management and property consulting. Chris has worked with some of the largest and most progressive commercial occupiers and with many of the leading property investment and funds management groups, across pre-commitment, refurbishment, new build, base building upgrade and independent certifier roles. Chris is Melbourne based, but has serviced projects in every capital city across the country.
Bianca Plevey is widely acknowledged as a leader in project management. Bianca has extensive industry experience and over the course of her career has been instrumental in the successful delivery of many of Queensland’s highest profile projects. Bianca brings a diverse offering with the ability to commence a project at the initial property consulting stage, deliver the project and complete the final transition phase.
Tracey is an experienced and skilled Project Director with very strong capability across retail, commercial, resort and retirement living projects. She has been involved in client side project management roles for public and private sector clients for nearly 10 years. Tracey is a specialist in project delivery through all phases of a project from initial briefing, approvals and design development through to construction management and occupation.
Alice’s background in interior design coupled with her client relationship management skills enable her to deliver exceptional project management services. Alice has an excellent track record in improving client outcomes, and specialises in commercial base building refurbishments, commercial office fitouts and tertiary education projects for our key clients.
Richard is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with over thirty years’ experience in project management, design management and interior design. Richard is extremely diligent and considered and with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects of all scales throughout Australia and Europe, which include more than several hundred thousand square metres of commercial workplace and retail projects.
Martyne has more than 20 years’ experience in providing corporate real estate services ranging from interior design and project management services to strategy development, space planning, project implementation and management, programme and account management. She has experience across multiple disciplines within the industry, and multiple experiences in analysing, developing, and implementing a corporate workplace design solution.
Senior Project Manager
Natasha is focused on achieving best outcomes for her clients and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. With a detailed approach to task completion, Natasha ensures all project objectives are coordinated and delivered in accordance to project requirements, including budget, schedule and quality. Her broad experience includes office fit-outs, relocation management, facilities coordination and new build projects in Australia and Asia.

Alana is a real estate professional with close to ten years’ experience in project management, design management and interior design. Alana has strong relationships with her clients as well as with contractors and consultants within the workplace fitout industry. Alana is a diligent and energetic individual with a demonstrated sound track record of design management and client management.

During her professional career, Kate has managed and delivered projects across diverse industries from corporate events, filing and storage consultancy, relocation management, asset disposal strategy and management, facilities coordination to specialist commercial fit out projects. Kate has extensive experience in large-scale commercial relocations and has a proven track record of successfully managing clients to understand the full scope of business requirements, then execute and deliver on them.
Capital Transactions Manager
Alex has a strong background in providing strategic advice to clients looking to maximise the underlying value of their land through rezoning or other pre-development strategies, for both government and private clients. In addition to assisting clients divest their assets, Alex takes a proactive role in identifying new acquisition opportunities, primarily off-market and in medium to long term growth areas.
In his role as Project Manager, Graham is involved and accountable for multiple stages of project development. He is responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of projects, considering time, cost, and quality constraints, assisting team members in the management of communications with all project stakeholders and participants and contributing to risk and mitigation management.
Zenos has a strong work ethic and passion for design, construction and development through many years of experience within the construction industry. He offers a problem-solving approach to project coordination and project management and with strong communication skills, works with the design team and project stakeholders to develop and implement cost-effective and workable alternative approaches.
Jack is a competitive and driven professional who is a qualified and practicing structural engineer with a double degree in Engineering and Finance from The University of Sydney. Jack started his professional career as an assistant development manager with an Australia listed REIT, and subsequently moved to the UK where he worked as project engineer on large residential projects in London. Jack returned to Sydney in 2017 and is actively involved in the delivery of major commercial development projects.
Kelvin holds client-side and consulting experience across multiple sectors including commercial, infrastructure, industrial, education, aviation and retail. With strong business acumen and technical expertise, Kelvin has led and supported projects in highly regulated environments across the entire lifecycle. He is empathetic and pragmatic in his approach with a focus on delivering valuable outcomes for the project and its stakeholders.
